Pop Fan allows up to 50 figures and 5 videos, perfect for getting started. Pop Pro ($5.99/month) offers unlimited storage, real-time market tracking, priority notifications, and advanced analytics.

Can I cancel my Pop Pro subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel anytime with immediate effect. Your data remains safe, but Pro features like unlimited storage and market tracking become unavailable until you resubscribe.

How do I change my username or profile URL?

Go to Settings > Profile to update your username. Pop Pro users can set custom profile URLs like popyourbox.com/yourname.

Collection Features

How accurate are the market value estimates?

Our pricing data comes from eBay and StockX APIs, refreshed weekly. Values are estimates based on recent sales and may not reflect real-time market conditions. Always do your own research before making investment decisions.

Can I export my collection data?

Pop Pro users can export their complete collection data in CSV format. This includes all figure details, purchase information, and estimated values for backup or external use.

What if a figure isn't in your database?

Contact our team at support@popyourbox.com with figure details and photos. We regularly update our master database with new releases and community suggestions.

Videos & Content

Which video platforms are supported?

We support embedding from YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Simply paste the video URL and we'll automatically extract thumbnails and metadata.

Can I make my profile private?

Yes! In Settings > Privacy, you can control profile visibility, video sharing permissions, and collection display options.

How do I tag figures in my videos?

When adding or editing a video, use the tagging interface to select figures directly from your collection. This creates searchable connections between your content and inventory.

Notifications & Alerts

How do restock notifications work?

We monitor major retailers and alert you when wishlist items become available. Pop Pro users get priority SMS notifications, while Pop Fan users receive email alerts.

Can I customize which notifications I receive?

Absolutely! Go to Settings > Notifications to control restock alerts, community updates, and marketing communications. You can choose email, SMS (Pro), or push notifications.

Why didn't I receive a restock alert?

Check that the figure is in your wishlist and notifications are enabled. Some limited releases sell out extremely quickly, and retailer integrations may have delays.
